Virtual Direct Primary Care: Personalized Care Without the Waiting Room

What if you could have a doctor who actually knows you, not just your medical record?

Virtual Direct Primary Care (DPC) gives you ongoing, personalized access to a physician through convenient virtual visits, messaging, and scheduled follow-ups without the rushed appointments and crowded waiting rooms often associated with traditional primary care.

Instead of focusing only on treating you when you're sick, we focus on understanding your overall health and helping you stay healthy over time.

What makes it different?

More time with your doctor.

Traditional primary care visits can feel rushed. Virtual DPC allows for longer, more personalized conversations about your symptoms, concerns, medications, lifestyle, and health goals.

Convenient access to care.

You can address many routine concerns from the comfort of your home through secure video visits or messaging. No sitting in a waiting room. No need to rearrange your entire day for a 15-minute appointment.

A relationship, not a transaction.

You work with the same physician who knows your history, your goals, and what matters to you. Because your doctor knows your story, each visit can build on the last.

Proactive rather than reactive care.

Healthcare shouldn't begin only after something goes wrong. We look beyond today's symptoms to identify opportunities to improve your metabolic health, reduce future health risks, optimize medications and lifestyle, and support long-term wellness.

Personalized recommendations.

Your care is based on you. Your medical history, symptoms, laboratory results, lifestyle, family history, and goals, not simply whether a number falls inside a broad "normal" range.

What does the membership provide?

Your membership provides an ongoing relationship with your physician and convenient access to virtual primary care services. Depending on your needs, care may include:

Evaluation of new or ongoing health concerns
Medication management
Review and interpretation of laboratory results
Preventive health planning
Chronic disease management
Lifestyle and nutrition discussions
Health-risk assessment
Follow-up between visits when appropriate

Healthcare that fits your life

Virtual Direct Primary Care isn't designed to replace emergency care or every service you may need from the traditional healthcare system. Instead, it provides a personalized primary-care home base. A physician you can turn to when you have a health concern, need guidance, or want to be more proactive about your health.

The goal is simple: more access, more time, more personalization, and a stronger doctor-patient relationship. So you can spend less time navigating healthcare and more time caring for your health.

Membership is $150/monthly and includes lab costs, a 35% discount on supplements, and compounded medications
